Kelme, Spanish Footwear Brand stepped in India.

Kelme is a spanish brand founded in 1977 by diego and jose quiles.The brand is present in 45 countries worldwide. The focus of the brand is majorly on sports lifestyle along with sports speciality shoes. The company has presence across world with headquarter in Elche, Spain. Kelme is owned by New Millennium Sports that has tie up with SF for Asia Pacific region.

"India has been a part of our international plan for the last 3-4 years. Now, we are entering India in partnership with Global Overseas through a licensing and distribution arrangement," Kelme Director International Business Luca Gios said.

Talking about expansion plans in India, Gios said they intend to open around seven to 10 outlets in India in the first year of their operations, with their first outlet in Delhi. Kelme partered with Global Overseas as there Indian parter for catering there brand in Country. The target group is 12-40 years and the shoes ranges from 1800-4500.
